Informal Interviews

Often at the beginning of a leadership development coaching assignment, informal interviews are done around the coachee.  Interviewees often include bosses, peers, direct report and key stakeholders.

It is a simple, confidential process that provides key feedback. The coachee gains an understanding of how their communication skills and leadership abilities support or challenge their ability to lead and serve the business. The coachee receives a themes report of the interview feedback with key actions steps if course corrections are needed.

Clients often report this report is one of the most powerful tools in the coaching process.  They hear how their immediate circle’s views regarding their strenghts, challenges and bindspots, yet in most cases they would not get this feedback.

Today I am a stronger contributor to our business. The self-awareness and insights I gained from coaching and the 360° interview feedback was invaluable.
