Leadership & Self-Deception

The concept of self-deception can be defined as not knowing— and resisting the possibility— that one has a challenge. Most conflicts are perpetuated by self-deception. So are most failures in communication, and most breakdowns in trust and accountability.

This tool identifies these issues and offers methodologies to help people build self awareness and overcome them. When paired with other feedback tools, this can provide breakthrough insights, leading to sustainable long-term leadership shifts and results.

Reading and digging into the concepts presented in “Leadership and Self-Deception” helped me connect the dots from other feedback; and has made me such a better leader and coach.
