Susan’s background in business leadership, innovative product development, sales and client management gives her a unique understanding of the challenges faced by the executives and teams she coaches. She holds the coveted Master Certified Coach designation, and is qualified to administer and interpret a range of personal style, behavioral, and executive management assessments.
In previous roles, Susan was Vice President of Sales and Account Management for CUC International and President/General Manger of Stand-Buys, Ltd. These experiences gave Susan the opportunity to work in fast entrepreneurial environments, as well as traditional corporate settings, giving her a wide range of experience to inform her coaching insights.
A passionate learner, Susan continues to expand her skills and her craft with further education on that which drives human behavior and supports sustainable change.
Susan dances the work/life challenge like many of her clients with an interesting professional life and the activities of her two tweens.
