Individual coaching for executives and leaders are generally provided as one-on-one sessions, either in person or by phone, often scheduled twice a month. A coaching relationship can last from four months to many years, depending on objectives.

In the initial consultation, we explore goals, plans and potential hurdles. Action or development plans are created to support the work.  Tools and books are used to support the work, aligning with the needs of the client and goals of the coaching work.  Results are reported to others if needed for organizational-sponsored coaching.

My goal in working with Susan was to be a better leader and develop so I could better leverage my team. Within six months, I was promoted to SVP! Great outcomes— an unexpected promotion and better leadership skills.
